When I push the throttle lever forward, reverse thrust stops and goes to idle. Calibrating throttle axis in FSUIPC is very easy and works great so I suggest you give it a try. Remember to delete the controls in FSX.

If they were it could have pretty much solved this issue. For now I just have my decrease throttle function mapped to the red button on the left side of the throttle lever.

I just move my throttle stick all the way back and press and hold F2 (or mapped key) and it reverses. Would still like to map it to my thrust quadrant.
