I think for me it's more of a comfort to stick to a routine, but I also have some stomach problems, so when I find a balanced meal that I can digest without trouble, I latch on pretty hard. WebBreakfast is one slice of toast, no butter, and one fried egg. Typically as a sandwich, less often as a sunny side up. Bread is 75cal, fried egg is 92. - 167 total. I will occasionally swap out the toast for a 50cal corn tortilla and add sriracha and a dash of salsa. Comes out around 150. Coffee is black with sweetener.
