WebDec 21, 2004 · It sounds like you want the group footer to print on every page, even if the group spans more than one page - not possible. You'll have to use the page footer to show the Page N of M. If you format the Group Footer as 'Print at Bottom of Page' and 'Reset Page Number After', you should get the desired result. -dave.
